emodeling, renovating or adding on to your existing home, what a wonderful experience this could be. Yes, wonderful!
The Design / Build Experience starts at the very beginning when you have the concept of making an investment in your home. This full service approach is very useful for navigating through the entire experience. By utilizing this system, the project will be something you are only going to do once and want done as an investment to your home. It lets you do better things with your life than spend months  designing and managing this investment.
Imagine – At this point, the Design / Build process helps the client analyze if the concept makes sense both aesthetically and economically. By listening to the client ’s needs, wants and wishes for their home and lifestyle, the builder will then develop a preliminary design and budget that

best meets the client’s wishes within the confines of the neighborhood, property and most important, the investment range. This is when 85 percent of the work is done; when concept meets design(s) and budget. Then the decision whether the concept is a good investment for the family should be made.
Planning – Blending the information gathered while consulting and studying the unique issues related to your particular renovation, the Design / Build team is now ready to quickly finish what they have started. They work simultaneously in developing a complete package for the client:
•Plans, selections, engineering prepared for permit;
•Construction documents that put into writing what the project will include;
•Schedules that predict the progress of construction and set
milestones for funding guidelines;
•Warranty & Care outlines warranty and home maintenance items.
Execution – Now your work is done, (typically less then 10 hours, for the clients).
It is now thoroughly documented what the builder’s responsibilities are, how much the project will cost and when it will be done. The builders will work closely with their clients and share a mutual understanding of the project. Their goal is to work to bring clients ’ desired dreams to life. Proper up-front planning and understanding has a predicable end result that these companies stake their reputations on.
